I am seeking a skilled and proactive User Experience (UX) Consultant to join my team for a recently launched app on the Google Play Store. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and provide actionable insights into how users are interacting with and perceiving the app. This role will require you to communicate directly with our users through calls and email/chat systems to collect feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements for a better user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and conduct user outreach via phone and email/chat platforms.
- Collect, document, and analyze user feedback on the app’s interface, usability, and performance.
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports for the development team.
- Collaborate to develop user-centered solutions and recommend UI/UX enhancements.
- Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic communication with users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in User Experience consulting, user research, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with comfort engaging users via phone and chat/email.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback into improvements.
- Knowledge of app usability standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Play apps and digital communication tools.
