I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help my publishing team with audiobook listening, reviewing, and structured data entry. This is a simple but consistency-based role — perfect for someone organised, punctual, and able to work independently. About the Role You will be listening to audiobooks and completing structured review forms and spreadsheets based on specific criteria we provide. No creative writing required — this is accuracy and consistency focused. Responsibilities - Listen to assigned audiobooks via Audible - Complete structured review checklists while listening - Enter information into Google Sheets / database - Flag quality issues or inconsistencies - Follow naming and formatting systems exactly - Submit work on schedule Requirements (IMPORTANT) - Must be based in the United States - Strong attention to detail - Punctual and reliable - Self-starter (minimal supervision) - Organised and able to follow systems - Comfortable using Google Sheets & Docs - Good written English comprehension Nice to Have - Experience as a VA or data entry assistant - Experience with publishing / books / reviews - Enjoys listening to audiobooks or podcasts Workload - Part-time ongoing - Flexible hours but must meet deadlines - Consistent weekly assignments
