Expert Video Editor for Multi-Camera Rough Cuts
We are seeking an expert video editor to produce clean first-pass edits of multi-camera interviews, podcasts, and conversational videos.
Responsibilities
Each project typically includes approximately 40 minutes of raw footage. You will:
Edit within our prepared Adobe Premiere Pro project files.
Synchronize and manage multiple camera angles and audio tracks.
Select angles naturally based on the active speaker, reactions, and visual continuity.
Remove irrelevant content, repetition, mistakes, false starts, long pauses, and dead space.
Tighten pacing while preserving the conversation’s meaning and natural flow.
Use alternate angles to conceal edits and minimize distracting jump cuts.
Maintain accurate audio-video synchronization.
Deliver a clean, properly labeled, and organized Premiere Pro rough cut ready for final post-production.
The focus is on strong editorial judgment, clean cuts, efficient pacing, and professional project organization.
Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and multicamera editing.
Proven experience editing interviews, podcasts, or other dialogue-driven content.
Strong understanding of multicamera sequences, audio synchronization, continuity, pacing, and timeline organization.
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across ongoing assignments.
