Responsibilities:

  • Engagement-Driven Editing: Create strong "hooks" and optimized pacing to maximize viewer retention and social media engagement.

  • Conversion-Centric Design: Strategically integrate Call-to-Actions (CTAs) to drive specific results, such as app downloads, link clicks, and registrations.

  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop high-end animations (e.g., ChatQLM product demos) that simplify complex tech concepts into shareable, high-impact content.

  • Platform Optimization: Tailor video formats and styles specifically for the algorithms of different platforms to ensure maximum reach and visibility.

  • Growth Awareness: Analyze what works and continuously refine video styles based on engagement and download metrics.




Requirements:

  • Performance Mindset: A proven track record of creating social media videos that drive actual growth (likes, shares, downloads).

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
