Looking for an experienced AI video producer / editor with a track record of creating viral videos.
You will need to produce high volume of VIRAL videos. (If they didn't go viral, you have not done your job - means you need to understand formula of production of such videos)
You will be provided with:
- HeyGen account access to access our custom avatars
- Video script that you might need to improve to get hooks right and all other elements of the VIRAL formula
- Core visual assets
You will need to have access and YOUR OWN subscriptions to
- professional video editing software (with motion effects, captions, sounds etc.)
- AI video generation tools
Scope of work:
- Produce 20 shorts per month (5 minute in average for each) and thubnails
PAYMENT: (performance payment structure)
> Milestone 1.We pay $100/month at the end of each month, AFTER all 20 videos are produced
> BONUS: PLUS, if they are very good from the very beginning and we don't need to waste our time on revisions and approve after the 1st revision, you get a monthly bonus of $50.
> Milestone 2. Each video should go viral and generate at least 10 leads, otherwise it's not worth our money and effort - means you have not done your job well. So, we also pay for each generated with videos leads. For each 10 qualified leads generated from each video you will be paid additional $100, so for 20 videos it's $2,000/month. (or much more - videos will be distributed via multiple platforms and if they didn't generate AT LEAST $2,000/month for you, means you are simply not qualified for this job.)
> Milestone 3. If all these numbers are hit after 3 months you will get hired to produce 100 shorts per month with base salary of $10,000/month + commissions.
With your bid please specify:
1. How many viral videos that hit at least 100,000 views have you produced? On which platforms did they go viral? Please send URLs to each. At least 5 samples MUST BE provided. No samples = no hiring.
2. What video editing software do you use? Do you have a paid premium subscription for it?
3. What tools do you use to produce B-roll? (video clips? AI video clips? motion effects? sounds? )
4. What tools do you use to research and analyze competitors videos and thumbnails to use their formulas for virality? Do you have paid subscriptions to all these tools? Please describe all tools and your method in details as it will show your level of knowledge.
