Coordinate meeting logistics (Zoom links, agendas, prep materials)
Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
Send meeting reminders and follow-ups
2. Email & Communication Management
Triage manager's inbox using defined rules
Respond to routine emails on manager's behalf
Flag urgent items needing immediate attention
Draft responses for managers review when appropriate
Monitor and follow up on outstanding items
3. Meeting Support
Convert action items and follow-ups from meetings to Asana/Notion tasks
Coordinate logistics for video calls and in-person meetings
4. Social Media Support: Post on LinkedIn including creating or reusing existing Canva designs
