Virtual Assistant / Canva / Google Docs & Sheets / General Admin & Data Entry
Summary
I am looking for a general virtual assistant to help our business with the following tasks:
- Inputting data into a basic design template on Canva (e.g. - we create membership cards for our clients, you need to input their name, photos etc onto the design) - full guidance will be provided
- Updating spreadsheets on Google Sheets with order status (guidance provided)
- Using Google Docs to adjust template letters and documents according to our clients details (full guidance provided)
- Help out with other day to day general admin tasks
Familiarity with the following is a MUST:
- Canva
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Workspace / Drive / Gmail
You will initially be hired for 2 DAYS per week, and if things are going well, we will hire you full time.
