We are a U.S.-based nonprofit and business group (EPSF) managing multiple digital campaigns, websites, and outreach projects. We need a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with content scheduling, community engagement, and task coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving forward without requiring daily supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule & publish social media posts (content provided by creative team).

  • Proofread captions/hashtags and ensure correct links before posting.

  • Manage community engagement (reply to comments/DMs, moderate spam, light outreach).

  • Maintain campaign trackers, Google Sheets, and prepare weekly reports.

  • Support email campaigns (upload content, schedule sends, manage subscriber lists).

  • Assist with light design/editing (resize images, format content in Canva).

Requirements

  • Proven VA or digital support experience.

  • Familiar with social scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

  • Strong English communication (written + reading comprehension).

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow processes with minimal oversight.

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic Canva/video editing for simple reels.

  • Experience with Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or other email marketing platforms.

  • Community management or nonprofit digital engagement experience.

Work Hours & Payment

  • 8–10 hrs/week to start, with growth potential.

  • Paid hourly or per-task basis (to be discussed).

  • Must attend a 15–20 min weekly check-in.
