Virtual Assistant (Data Entry & Client Coordination)
Summary
We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant with strong data entry experience who can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately fill out and update pricing details for media buying tasks
• Support with lead generation activities
• Ensure all clients and partners have the correct Microsoft Teams groups set up
• Assist with client coordination and provide timely responses to client emails
• Handle simple but fast-paced administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
This is a shift that requires you work USA hours 6:30 AM until noon USA EST. Do not apply unless you can work these hours for a minimum of two weeks.
• Proven experience in data entry and administrative support
Familiarity with media buying tasks (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and client communication tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Reliable, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be available to start right away
