Virtual Assistant – Data Entry & Online Research (Part-Time, EST Hours)We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time, Monday through Friday, during 8:00 AM – 11:00/12:00 PM EST. This is a remote role that involves reviewing court documents, extracting key information, and performing light online research.About the Role:You will be responsible for:• Reviewing PDF court filings and extracting key information into an Excel spreadsheet (name, address, docket number, etc.)• Conducting quick online research to find properties or contact information related to the individuals in those filings• Following clearly outlined steps for each document (the court forms follow a consistent format)• Paying close attention to details and spotting any inconsistencies or missing dataWhat We're Looking For:• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets• Comfortable reading formal/legal documents• Able to follow a defined process independently• Familiar with basic online research techniques (e.g., Google, property records)• Dependable and available during EST morning hours, 5 days a week
