We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help enrich a list of business email contacts.
The task involves verifying and updating existing data to improve the accuracy and usefulness of our outreach lists.
Your responsibilities will include:
Verifying that the business owner's name is correct (based on the email or company website)
Adding the company location (city and country)
Identifying and recording the business type/industry (e.g. roofing, accounting, e-commerce, etc.)
Requirements:
Strong internet research skills
Good written English
Ability to cross-check information from websites, Linkedin, and directories
Experience working with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel)
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Bonus points if you have:
Prior experience with B2B data enrichment
Experience using tools like Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or Hunter
