I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations across multiple business initiatives, including technology sales, online automation services, and small business acquisitions.
You will assist with administrative tasks, online research, lead generation, and internal coordination. This is a part-time, remote position with potential to grow based on performance.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing schedules, appointments, and reminders
Monitoring email inboxes and drafting replies
Booking travel and organizing documents
Researching companies, leads, and tools online
Managing spreadsheets and trackers
Organizing files in Google Drive or Dropbox
Building prospect lists via LinkedIn and business platforms
Drafting outreach messages
Handling light CRM updates and admin coordination
Supporting freelance project coordination
Researching small business listings (e.g., BizBuySell, Flippa)
