Virtual Assistant to help us with daily job application tasks focused on remote tech roles.
Your responsibilities will include customizing resumes and cover letters using a guided AI platform and submitting them to various job opportunities on remote-focused platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize resumes and generate cover letters using an AI tool (training and step-by-step instructions will be provided).
- Submit 25–30 job applications per day to selected remote job boards.
- Follow a structured process to ensure applications are accurate and aligned with the job description.
- Track submissions and maintain a report of daily activity.
Requirements:
- Work during US morning hours.
- Basic understanding of IT and tech-related roles (e.g., full-stack, Python, etc.).
- Tech background or prior development experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow workflows accurately.
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently.
Additional Information:
- Fixed-budget position (rate based on part-time or full-time workload).
- Open to applicants from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh (preferred but not required).
- This role is strictly managed within the Guru platform under our team—no tasking outside Guru is involved.
