POSITION OVERVIEW
Divine Wellness Network (DWN) is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support our growing online platform. This is a 100% remote position open to both U.S. and international applicants.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (WORK SCOPE)
Administrative Tasks
- Data entry and fast typing
- Organizing files and documents
- Managing Google Sheets / Excel
- Updating CRM and lead databases
Email & Communication
- Sending bulk emails and follow-ups
- Managing inbox (Gmail / Outlook)
- Responding to basic inquiries
- Copy/paste email campaigns
Research & Data
- Online research (businesses, leads, contacts)
- Building contact lists (Name, Email, Phone, Website)
- Market and competitor research
Marketing Support
- Posting on social media
- Assisting with email & text campaigns
- Uploading blogs, videos, and images
- Basic Canva work (optional)
Tools Used
- Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Email platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- CRM systems (training provided)
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic English (preferred but NOT mandatory)
- Reliable internet connection
- Computer or laptop
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
