Web Designer & App Developer

Title: Web Designer & App Developer Needed – 3 Websites + 3 Apps

Aloha! 
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer and App Developer to partner with us on a digital project for our healing and cultural brands. This project has two phases:

We currently have 2 of 3 websites already up. We need these to be redesigned. 

Phase 1 – Website Design & Development (3 Websites)
We need three responsive, modern, and branded websites designed and built for:
Laʻakea Healing Center – our flagship healing, retreat, and community hub.
DarciePulawa.com – personal brand site showcasing coaching, speaking, and courses.
Bahay Hilom – educational institute for Hilot Binabaylan and Filipino indigenous healing arts.

Each site should include:
Modern, intuitive UI/UX design
Booking system for services, workshops, retreats
E-commerce functionality for retail products and event tickets
Membership & supporter access (monthly club / coaching subscriptions)
SEO-friendly setup, mobile-responsive design
Easy-to-use admin dashboard



Phase 2 – Mobile App Development (3 Apps)
After the websites are complete, we want to create three corresponding mobile apps (iOS & Android) to extend these brands:
Laʻakea Healing Center App – booking, community events, retail shop, retreat access.
Darcie Pulawa App – manifestation programs, courses, membership login, notifications.
Bahay Hilom App – practitioner training, certification tracking, class schedules, a booking calendar where students can see the calendar and book clients
Each app should include:
Client booking & payment processing - currently we are using square. 
Push notifications for events/programs - we need to find a program that can handle large ticket items and large retreat programs 
Membership login / subscription features
E-learning / digital course access
Integration with the respective website backend
Requirements:
Strong portfolio of both website design and mobile app development
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS for websites
Experience with Flutter, React Native, or native development for apps
Skilled in UI/UX design, branding, and clean, functional builds
Ability to deliver on time and maintain clear communication

Budget & Timeline:
Open to proposals. Please provide cost and timeline separately for:
(a) Websites (3 total)
(b) Mobile Apps (3 total)
