Summary
I need a comprehensive, accurate database of concierge medicine doctors and practices across all 50 US states, compiled through web research and/or scraping of public directories and search engines.
Deliverable
A single Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, one row per doctor, with the following columns:
- Practice Name
- Doctor Name (multiple if multiple docs exist)
- Email
- Phone Number
- Address
- City
- State
- Source URL (the page where this information was found, for verification)
- Known concierge medicine networks/directories, including but not limited to: Concierge Choice Physicians (ccpmd.com), SignatureMD (signaturemd.com), MDVIP, MD2 (MD Squared), PartnerMD, and similar
- General web search / Google Maps for independent concierge practices not part of a network
- Individual practice websites, to confirm the practice actually offers a concierge/membership-based model (not just general primary care) and to source direct contact details
Quality requirements
- No duplicate entries
- Every row must have a working source URL
- Email and phone should be sourced from the practice's own website or listing wherever possible (not guessed or generated)
- Flag any doctor/practice where required fields are not publicly available, rather than leaving blank or guessing
- Final file should be sorted by state, then city
Estimated scope
All 50 USA states. Open to a phased approach (e.g., 10 states delivered first as a sample/quality check before continuing to the rest).
