Webflow Web Designer (Ongoing Weekly Support & Troubleshooting)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Webflow Web Designer to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and small enhancements to our existing website.
This is not a full-time role or a one-off project, but rather a part-time, ongoing engagement with set weekly availability to help our Marketing team resolve bugs, make content updates, troubleshoot design issues, and offer support as needed to maintain the existing website as we have today.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and fix design/layout issues within Webflow
Make small design updates and improvements (e.g., buttons, spacing, sections)
Support publishing updates and ensuring mobile responsiveness
Advise on best practices for Webflow interactions, structure, or performance
Collaborate with our internal team via effective communication and project management tools (Asana, etc.)

Time Commitment:
5–10 hours per week (flexible)
You must have availability during U.S. business hours for quick troubleshooting or collaboration when needed.
We may schedule a recurring weekly check-in and provide task lists in advance.

Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience working in Webflow
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Comfortable troubleshooting custom CSS or embedded code if needed
Reliable and responsive communicator
Bonus: experience with CMS Collections, SEO best practices or Hubspot
