We’re seeking an experienced development team to build and launch three interconnected WordPress websites that form a unified ecosystem — representing a visionary brand focused on the intersection of AI, wellness, and soulful transformation.
This project is Phase 1 of a multi-phase rollout and will include the foundational design, development, and functionality setup across the following domains:

🧩 Deliverables for Phase 1 include:
1. Core Website Builds (All Three Sites)
- Responsive design (mobile + desktop)
- WordPress CMS + WooCommerce integration
- Unified navigation and design flow across all three brands
- Bilingual support (English + Spanish) via WPML or equivalent plugin
2. Site-Specific Features:
- SoulxSystems.com:
- Homepage introducing Soul+ pillars (Soul+ AI, Sessions, Studio, Signals, Circle)
- Storefront, blog, booking system (via Calendly), podcast integration
- Soul+ tools, testimonials, and resource library sections
- HolisticMindGuru.com:
- Hypnosis, breathwork, ritual tools, and AI-led avatar preview
- Intake forms, booking page, and tiered product store
- SterlingEdgeAI.com:
- AI strategy tools, business blueprints, CRMs
- Digital products store, service booking, and AI persona overview
3. Global Features (all sites):
- Admin dashboard with control over all content and store
- Contact forms + email notification setup
- Blog/article functionality
- Newsletter sign-up
- Social media and podcast embeds
- Privacy Policy + Terms footer links
- Basic SEO optimization
🔒 Out of Scope for Phase 1 (but planned for Phase 2):
- AI chatbot development (Phase 2 will use Chatbase or Botpress plugin)
- Membership platform (will be implemented with MemberPress or PMP in Phase 2)
- LMS/courses (planned for Phase 2)
- Custom branding or logo design
