We are lookig forward to develop a website like www.bulksigner.com. This has to be developed in .Net with SQL DB. Please propose your cost and time to develop this. Others who are interested in Wordpress and php or other languagae should not quote for this as we are not going to evalauate those. Pls propose a scope of delivery with milestone achivement for eah phase.
