We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to assist with the migration of multiple websites—including both domain names and hosting services—to our master account on www.namecheap.com.
This is not a one-off gig. We’re looking to establish a long-term working relationship with the right expert who can manage and streamline all domain/hosting transitions and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Seamlessly transfer multiple website domains and hosting environments to our Namecheap account
Ensure minimal to zero downtime during migrations
Update DNS settings, name servers, and email records as needed
Verify successful migration of websites and domain control
Provide support for future updates, renewals, or troubleshooting
Document all steps and changes made for internal records
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience with domain and hosting transfers (especially with Namecheap)
Strong understanding of DNS management, SSL setup, and email configurations
Experience working with various hosting providers (e.g., GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, HostGator, etc.)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Commitment to professionalism, privacy, and timely delivery
Ability to provide long-term support as our web portfolio expands
Project Scope:
This will begin as a project-based engagement with multiple site/domain transfers. For the right candidate, this will evolve into a long-term role overseeing the management of our hosting environment and new acquisitions.
