Website Redevelopment , Hack proofing & Security Hardening – Updated Content

This is a re-post with updated content.
Our previous website was compromised and taken offline due to a security breach. The original developer used the following Elegant Themes template:

Unfortunately, we do not have a backup. The developer failed to secure one or provide the source code before launch. At this point, we only have:
The full website content (text)
The company logo source files
The theme name used for the original build
The logo and branding were designed to match the color scheme of the above template.

Scope of Work:
Security Review - Review the template and advise what may have caused the site to be vulnerable or hacked.
Secure Redevelopment & Relaunch- Rebuild and relaunch the site using the content we provide, with strong security best practices to prevent future breaches.
Theme Licensing & Design Alignment- Confirm whether you have a valid license to use the above theme. If you choose not to use it, your solution must still align with the same color scheme to match our logo and business cards.
Form Integration Expertise- Advise your proficiency with Google Forms or Typeform, as we plan to include a Business Health Assessment (BHA) form on the site.

Hosting & Requirements:
The site will be hosted on GoDaddy
Please start your proposal with: “Not a canned response” — proposals without this will not be considered
Demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in WordPress, security hardening, and form integration
Final decision will be made by November 5.
Hourly quotes will be rejected.

Form integration guidance or implementation
Security recommendations and implementation
