We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to assist with a high-volume data migration and translation project. This is a new contract on Guru, and we are looking to establish a long-term partnership with a freelancer who values precision over speed.
We are specifically looking for native or bilingual proficiency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) to ensure data integrity during the translation-entry process.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Translation-Entry: Converting technical and administrative data from source documents into our cloud-based database while maintaining 100% linguistic accuracy.
• Quality Auditing: Cross-referencing translated entries to ensure no loss of meaning or formatting.
• Platform Management: Working within Google Workspace and custom CRM interfaces.
• Regional Compliance: Ensuring date/currency formats match the target region (US/UK/EU standards).
Requirements
• Location: Based in (or native-level fluency from) the USA, Canada, UK, or European Union.
• Speed & Accuracy: Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM with near-zero error margins.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with advanced Excel/Sheets functions (VLOOKUP, Data Validation).
