I’m looking to hire an experienced developer to help maintain and ensure the smooth operation of a sophisticated cryptocurrency trading application. The app has recently undergone a major upgrade with multiple advanced integrations and features, and I need someone to verify everything runs properly, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
About the Application:The app integrates industry-leading tools and frameworks including:
CCXT: Unified API for 100+ exchanges with real-time market data and advanced order execution
Freqtrade: Algorithmic trading with backtesting and strategy optimization
Dify AI: AI-powered market sentiment analysis and natural language command processing
Self-Operating Computer (SOC): Automation with computer vision for chart analysis and smart order routing
Appsmith Dashboard: Real-time portfolio visualization and advanced analytics
The architecture is microservices-based, Dockerized, and includes PostgreSQL and Redis for database and caching.
Responsibilities:
Verify and test all major integrations and features
Monitor and troubleshoot API connectivity, database, and service health
Optimize performance including caching, async processing, and WebSocket streaming
Assist with configuration, deployment, and environment setup
Provide support for automated trading strategies and AI-powered features
Maintain security best practices including API key encryption and authentication
Skills Required:
Strong experience with cryptocurrency trading platforms and APIs (especially CCXT)
Proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and microservices architecture
Experience with AI integrations and algorithmic trading tools (Freqtrade, Dify AI)
Knowledge of WebSocket, caching, and performance optimizatio
Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
