WordPress Developer + Server Support (On

I’m looking for a reliable WordPress developer with strong technical skills to assist with ongoing website development, optimization, and maintenance across several projects.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working with custom-built WordPress themes, understands performance optimization, and communicates clearly in English.
This is an ongoing hourly role, and I am looking for someone who can start immediately.

Required Skills
Strong WordPress development experience
Comfortable working with custom themes built from scratch (not just page builders)
Ability to convert designs into Elementor pages
Ability to convert Elementor layouts into faster, optimized custom layouts
Strong website performance optimization skills
Experience with SEO best practices for WordPress
Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics setup and optimization
Basic server and hosting troubleshooting
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Ability to collaborate and follow structured workflows

Working Hours
You must be available or responsive during:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
This does not necessarily require working the full time window, but overlap and responsiveness during this time is required.

Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
WooCommerce development
Experience connecting WooCommerce with Instagram Shopping
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics integrations
Work Style & Expectations
Must be comfortable working hourly and logging time/tasks clearly
Must be comfortable collaborating within my preferred development workflow
Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Clear communication is extremely important
