Seeking an experienced WordPress designer/developer to build and configure a professional website for a music production, recording and session musician agency.
Work Required
Install and configure WordPress.
Build a modern, premium, responsive website using Bricks Builder or an agreed equivalent.
Create the supplied website design/layout in WordPress.
Build the main pages: Home, Production, Musicians, Studios, Sessions/Projects, Book, Start a Project, Join the Network, About and Contact.
Create a structured Musician Directory allowing musicians to be added easily from the WordPress admin area.
Create automatic individual musician profile pages containing photo, instrument, location, biography, credits, audio and video.
Allow musicians to be filtered by instrument, location and musical style/category.
Create similar easy-to-manage sections for studios and production projects.
Configure Bookly or Amelia for studio time, consultations, sessions, classes and other bookable services.
Create a Start a Project enquiry form for production enquiries.
Create a Join the Network application form for musicians.
Integrate audio, video, galleries and other media.
Ensure all pages are fully responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Optimise WordPress, images and pages for fast loading.
Configure basic SEO, contact forms and email notifications.
Ensure all normal website content can be edited without coding.
Test the complete website before handover.
Handover
The finished website must be completely handed over with:
Full WordPress administrator access.
Full control of the website.
Details of all plugins, themes and licences used.
An easy-to-manage WordPress backend.
Recorded training showing how to edit pages, add musicians, add projects, manage bookings and update website content.
The objective is to deliver a professional, scalable music production website that can be easily rebranded and customised for different music genres without rebuilding the underlying website.
