The Work
Build 4 theme-based WordPress sites that are ~80% the same layout, with unique brand colors, content, and images per site. Headers/nav/footers are shared across all sites.
You will propose and supply the theme (lightweight, performance-oriented). I will approve the theme choice before you proceed.
I provide all copy, images, and keywords. You implement and format everything—no placeholders at delivery.
You host and maintain staging (live links) during the build; then deploy to my production domains.

PageSpeed/Lighthouse ≥ 90 on mobile and desktop (homepage + top templates)
Core Web Vitals (mobile): LCP ≤ 2.5s, CLS ≤ 0.1, INP ≤ 200ms, TTFB ≤ 0.8s (test from SE Asia)
GTmetrix: Grade A with “green” metrics on key pages
Security & Reliability
Hardened WordPress (no “admin” user), 2FA for all admins, login rate-limit, WAF (Cloudflare), reCAPTCHA on forms
Daily off-site backups + on-demand pre-deploy; 30-day retention; restore test before launch
Uptime monitoring and error logging enabled
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigable, proper labels, focus states, alt text, contrast
SEO & Analytics
Clean URLs, XML sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, 301s as needed
Schema markup: Organization, Website, BreadcrumbList, plus Article/Event/Service where relevant
Open Graph & Twitter Cards
GA4 installed with meaningful events; cookie consent (GDPR + Thailand PDPA)
Delivery & Docs
4 staging URLs (password-protected) immediately, updated throughout build
Deploy to 4 production domains with SSL, CDN (Cloudflare) configured
Repo access (Git), list of plugins & versions, license keys, simple admin guide, credentials handoff
Support (Warranty)
60 days: bug fixes, security updates, minor content tweaks (define “minor” in your proposal)
SLAs: P1 (site down) respond ≤ 1h, workaround/fix ≤ 4h; P2 ≤ 8h business; P3 next business day
Tech Expectations
WordPress on PHP 8.2+, modern hosting with server-side caching (LiteSpeed or Nginx+FastCGI), HTTP/2 or 3, TLS 1.3
Prefer Gutenberg/native blocks or very lightweight builder—must still meet performance targets
Images optimized to WebP/AVIF, critical CSS, JS deferral/splitting, font-display: swap, proper preload where relevant
Your Day-to-Day (5-Day Plan)
Day 1: Theme options → approval; staging up for all 4; base components (header/nav/footer, buttons, cards)
Day 2–3: Page templates + content population; performance passes on each site as you go
Day 4: SEO/schema, accessibility fixes, forms + email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC validated)
Day 5: Final performance/security hardening; go-live plan and production cutover
