Young persons directed web/app design

We’re looking for a designer to help create a teen-focused trading platform interface (think collectibles, cards, or digital trading experiences).
The ideal designer has a portfolio that clearly shows youth/teen-directed UI — bright, engaging, and intuitive designs that feel modern, fun, and easy to use without being childish.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing apps or platforms for teens or younger audiences
Strong UI/UX skills with playful yet clean design sensibilities
Ability to make complex actions (trading, collecting, browsing) feel simple and exciting
Must include examples of teen-oriented work in your portfolio
Bonus if you have experience with gamification, collectibles, trading cards, or social-style interfaces.
Goal: A platform that feels fun, safe, and highly intuitive — something teens would genuinely enjoy using daily.

I am looking for a per job price, but if you could also include an hourly rate to help me baseline that would be helpful.
