What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for a YouTube Channel Manager who lives and breathes growth to build my subscriber base. Someone who understands the YouTube algorithm, knows how to optimize content for reach and retention, and can help build a strong subscriber community over time.

This role is not just posting videos — it’s about strategy, growth, and engagement.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy
Manage content publishing: titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, end screens, and playlists
Conduct keyword and competitor research to optimize for search and suggested traffic
Analyze performance data weekly and make data-driven recommendations
Suggest topics and formats based on audience behavior
Optimize old videos for better SEO and engagement
Coordinate with the video editor and creative team to ensure consistent branding
Monitor comments and engagement to build community

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience growing YouTube channels (ideally in education, entrepreneurship, or real estate niches)
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, CTR, and retention
Knows how to test titles, thumbnails, and hooks for maximum performance
Comfortable using tools like TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or Analytics Studio
Detail-oriented and data-driven, but creative with ideas
Self-motivated, communicates well, and delivers results

Bonus Points:
Experience with YouTube Ads and retargeting
Knowledge of real estate industry or agent marketing
Skills in content repurposing (shorts, reels, clips for social media)
Instagram & Tiktik growth expereicne
