The ideal candidate should have proven experience in YouTube growth, audience engagement, video optimization, community building, and organic promotion strategies. Responsibilities include reviewing our channel/videos, suggesting improvements, optimizing titles/descriptions/tags, creating engagement strategies, and helping attract real viewers who are interested in our content.
All engagement must be genuine, organic, and compliant with YouTube’s policies. No fake likes, bot activity, spam comments, or artificial engagement methods will be accepted.
