We are looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Specialist to help grow an established storytelling/entertainment channel.
The channel already has 4,700+ subscribers and an extensive library of original long-form stories, episodes and Shorts. Our immediate objective is to increase organic long-form viewing and valid public watch hours toward YouTube monetization.
Responsibilities:
• Audit our YouTube Studio analytics and identify why subscribers/views are not converting sufficiently into long-form watch time.
• Improve CTR, audience retention and average view duration.
• Optimize selected titles, thumbnails, descriptions and existing long-form videos.
• Improve playlists, end screens and internal linking to encourage binge-watching.
• Develop a Shorts-to-long-form strategy.
• Increase organic traffic from Browse Features, Suggested Videos, YouTube Search and playlists.
• Recommend an effective upload/content schedule.
• Monitor performance and provide weekly updates.
Important: We are NOT looking for purchased views, subscribers, watch hours, bots, engagement exchanges or artificial traffic. All strategies must comply with YouTube policies.
