About the Channel:

I run a YouTube channel dedicated to helping real estate agents grow their business, get more listings, and build powerful personal brands. The videos are educational, high-energy, and designed to entertain while teaching.

You can expect topics like:

  • Real estate marketing strategies

  • YouTube lead generation

  • Realtor mindset and motivation

  • Branding tips for agents

  • Systems and tools to scale your real estate business

What I’m Looking For:

I’m looking for a creative, fast, and reliable video editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping videos that keep realtors watching from start to finish.

You should be someone who:

  • Understands YouTube pacing, retention, and storytelling

  • Can add captions, jump cuts, b-roll, sound effects, and motion graphics naturally

  • Knows how to make educational videos visually engaging

  • Has experience with YouTube optimization (thumbnails, hooks, retention)

  • Has a good eye for branding, fonts, and colors (I’ll provide examples and brand kit)

Responsibilities:

  • Edit 2 YouTube videos per week (5–15 minutes each)

  • Add motion graphics, text animations, b-roll, and transitions

  • Match the editing style of my existing videos

  • Deliver clean, ready-to-upload final videos with captions and thumbnail suggestions

  • Communicate effectively and meet deadlines consistently

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience editing YouTube videos (please share links!)

  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and story flow

  • Familiar with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback

  • Bonus: Experience editing content for coaches, entrepreneurs, or real estate channels

How to Apply:

Please include the following when applying:

  1. A short intro about yourself and your experience

  2. Links to 3–5 YouTube videos you’ve edited (preferably educational or personality-based)

  3. Your typical turnaround time

  4. Your rate (per video or per hour)

BONUS:

- If you can help me do research on videos topic in advance that will be watched and likely to go viral by real estate agents.

Thanks for applying in advance. Much appreciate your consideration.

- Nick
