Zapier integration, Autotask -- Atera

I need a set of production-ready Zaps that link Atera RMM with Autotask PSA through their REST APIs. 
The goal is to have data move instantly and accurately between the two systems. 

Core workflows to build and fully test: 
Ticket creation and updates – alerts that exceed set thresholds in Atera should open or update a corresponding ticket in Autotask. 
User account synchronization – new or changed contacts in either platform. 
Alert notifications – critical device alerts from Atera must trigger real-time notifications inside Autotask, including the original alert body for context. 
Company ↔ Customer synchronization – when a company is added or edited in Autotask it should appear in Atera (and vice-versa) with all core fields aligned. 
Device → Configuration Item synchronization – assets discovered in Atera should create or update Configuration Items in Autotask, carrying serial, device type and custom fields.

Deliverables: 
1. All Zaps (or Webhooks) running in a single Zapier folder, named and documented. 
2. Custom API calls where Zapier’s native actions are missing, with code snippets commented. 
3. A brief implementation guide so my team can maintain or extend the workflows. 
4. Recorded test run or screen share proving each workflow fires and posts the expected data. 

Acceptance criteria: every synchronization fires within two minutes, no duplicate records are produced, and API rate limits are respected.
