Zipstd in C++ Builder as static lib

This project is to implement Zipstd in C++ Builder as a static lib. No DLL.

Delivery is a project having two functions, one which zip a file, one which unzip a file.

Preferable in Rad Studio 12. Using 64 bit, runtime packages set to false.

Only experienced with C++ Builder should quote.
