Zoho CRM + Cliq Integration System

We are building a structured communication and documentation system that connects Zoho CRM (project/deal records) with Zoho Cliq (team communication).
The objective is to eliminate scattered communication and manual note-taking by creating a system where:
Every CRM deal/project automatically has a dedicated Cliq channel
All team communication happens inside that channel
Key discussions, decisions, and updates are automatically written back to the CRM record as structured Notes
CRM remains the system of record, while Cliq is the system of communication
What We Are Trying to Accomplish
We want to create a seamless workflow where:
Channel Creation is Automated
When a new Deal/Project is created in Zoho CRM, a corresponding Cliq channel is automatically created using a standardized naming convention.
The channel link is written back to the CRM record.
One-Click Access to Communication
Users can open the associated Cliq channel directly from the CRM record via a button or link.
Conversation is Captured Automatically
A Cliq bot is added to each channel.
The bot listens to messages in the channel and writes them back to the CRM record as Notes.
Ideally, this includes logic to:
log all messages OR
selectively log tagged messages (e.g., #decision, #approval, #client-update)
Structured Record Keeping
CRM Notes become a clean, structured history of:
decisions
approvals
scope changes
key communications
Not just raw chat logs
Consistent System Across All Projects
Standard naming conventions for channels
Consistent linking between CRM and Cliq
Scalable across multiple companies and project types

What We Need from the Developer
We are looking for a Zoho developer who can:
Build CRM workflows and Deluge functions
Integrate with Zoho Cliq APIs (channel creation, bot participation)
Develop a Cliq bot to capture and process messages
Structure how data is written back into CRM Notes
Ensure the system is reliable, scalable, and maintainable
