Even the greatest leaders need a Coach to stay ahead, to be able to navigate uncertainty, and always motivate, transform and develop their teams. I will work side by side with you and/or your team, to acknowledge leadership skills gaps, develop strategies and hold you accountable for achieving the objectives you consider important to take you to the next level. Together, we embark on a fascinating journey of self awareness and personal growth that will not only transform you into the best leader you can be, but will also have a greater impact in the lives of all those around you. Together we will make sure you become a more compassionate, empathic and emotionally intelligent leader, able to set better objectives, communicate more clearly and efficiently, to build stronger and more integrated & commited teams, where trust, openness and participation become the rule, and everybody leads more fulfilled and happy jobs and lives. The program is at least 12 sessions long, and can be done in combination with a team coaching program, where the whole team participates in those important conversations that are sometimes hard to hold and manage in a positive and fruitful way. Before the program we take several leadership asessments, so you have all the information you need to decide which will be your program goals. The asessment includes a 360° test, which will be repeated at the end of the program to measure progress. The program can be held in Spanish or English, via Zoom.
