He was hugely accessible and responsive throughout the entire duration of the project, always instantly reachable in via email, IM, and phone. Although we put together a detailed spec, things did change a bit, and we were able to come to a reasonable agreement about how and when the work would be completed. Technically, Rob knows what he's doing. He satisfied all of the requirements of the project, including making tricky features work cross-browser, which is a hassle. All work was done on time.
