Ø Key contribution to testing practice including tool Innovation, Quality improvement & Test Management processes, Capability building, Thought Leadership and managing Partnerships with vendors Ø Strong experience and specialty in QA program management and Test Management. Ø Strong hold in processes followed in full life cycle in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN). Ø Experience in testing and managing functional and performance testing of the projects in cloud (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS), Analytics & Mobility portfolio. Ø Ensure that the group execution and implementation plan/status are clear and visible to all stakeholders, and effectively highlight progress toward key goals, identifying significant problems, issues and risks Ø Extensive Experience of managing projects in agile software development framework. Ø An effective communicator with exceptional analytical, technical, negotiation and client relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management and significant experience working with steering committees and other senior managers. Ø Effectively manage software development, testing and support teams while improving development and testing processes to efficiently deliver products and services which meet customer expectations Ø Experience in building and leading Test COE and Performance COE in my line of business. Ø Part of Global Program Management team meetings and review the Project Health Index which includes highlighting delivery related risks and non-compliances. Ø Experience in conducting testing workshops at client place. Ø Good knowledge in LEAN and SOX compliances Ø Expertize in utilizing Lean Six sigma tools like TMAP, FMEA, RCA, Pareto, SIPOC, QFD, VSM, RPS, VM, & BIQ
