• Experienced with Windows 2003/2008/2012 Active Directory design, installation, and maintenance • Expertise in design and deployment of enterprise-wide Group Policies using Active Directory components • Strong technical, consulting and engineering background in deploying, managing and administrating Citrix XenApp, CAG, web interface, password manager, XenDeskop and other Citrix products • Hands on experience with Load balancers, NetScalers, Microsoft NLB and clustering • Expertise with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESX Server • Proven ability to create and deliver solutions that meet corporate objectives tied to business and technology performance • Strong project management skills with extensive knowledge in statistical processes • Client focused; competent; excellent communicator; analytical and problem solver • Experienced in root cause analysis process for Problems leading to strategic resolution Work on ITIL Change Management, Problem Management and Incident Management • Good understanding of SAN (Storage Area Network) and have hands on experience with configuring from Windows server end, troubleshooting SAN connectivity issues with EMC Power path and Emulex HBAnywhere tools
