I have current clients that I offer among other things: civil drafting services to that range from developers that I create Site Plan layouts and floor plan layouts for to Architects that I supply detailed drawings. This is mainly done remotely via sketches, emails and the occasional visit to their office and/or job site. I also have clients that are small Civil Engineering/Surveying firms that I do a large amount of their drafting mainly for their surveys and their developments as well. Other clients include those in the office furniture systems industry that I do space planning that I complete in both 2D and 3D. I also have experience in projects that include building permit packages for city municipality approval, mechanical design, piping design and much more. I have over 17 years of experience with AutoCAD and other drafting software’sand have been working for myself fulltime for about the last year. I am flexible on pricing and will make every attempt to work within your budget!
