Good Day I am rather new to freelance sites but I have done a couple of overseas projects for clients. My main superpower would be Archicad,rendering or drawings. By doing the project on ArchiCad 22(- Uses Maxon 4D engine) the software will create 2 working environments simultaneously, 2D and 3D of which the client can keep the .pla file after the project has been completed. There are also many rendering options from a sketch, photo realistic to virtual walk troughs. Attached is a current project to give you an idea. Kind Regards Stu
