I’m a 3D mechanical designer with extensive experience in 3D modeling, 2D technical drawings, mechatronics design, rapid prototyping, product design, manufacturing/DFMA, and professional engineering reports. Over the past 5 years, I have worked on 20+ sophisticated engineering projects that solve real-world problems.
I have also spent 5 years studying Mechatronics Engineering at Ontario Tech University in order to equip myself with the ability to design and build effective solutions. In addition to my design and prototyping services, I offer free consultations over the phone or video calls to discuss your project in detail. Once I establish a clear understanding of what a successful deliverable looks like, we will then proceed.
Here are the design services I offer:
- CAD Modelling - Able to design and export your models to any 3D file (.PRT, .SLDPRT, .SLDASM, etc)
- Engineering Documentation Package: Bill of Materials and 2D Technical Drawing of your model (including tolerances)
- Photorealistic Renders of your 3D models (using ray-tracing studio on CAD software)
- Finite-Element Analysis
- CFD Simulations and Report
- DFMA Review and Report
Here are the prototyping services I offer:
- Capable of 3D printing PLA and ABS components. Printing cost is $10/hour + material cost ($0.15 /g)
- Post-processing 3D printed parts includes: trimming supports, sanding, polishing, and painting. If interested in post-processing 3D printed parts, my original hourly rate will be applied - $25/hour.
- Quality-assurance pictures will be sent prior to shipping the part to guarantee your satisfaction.
- Unless specified, I will print your part in whatever plastic color I have in stock at the time.
- New clients are offered one free reprint of their part(s) if not fully satisfied.
- Free shipping within Canada. Shipping cost added if shipping outside of Canada.
