I'm doing scanning of any kind of surface or object, mainly plastic, for prototype engineering or quality check. For this purpose i'm using DIY Scanner which use structured light/pattern and its specially designed to meet most of the needs on the market. Quality check is performed by comparing mesh (scan) with ideal (CAD) model. Scanning can be done in free form or i can support with build of specific jig/fixture.

Quality and PPAP/ISIR reports i can prepare in GOM software. I can also offer my MSA skill-set for validation of your measurement system.

Precision of my macro scanning is ~70 microns for object in range of 300-800mm and 0.1mm for objects that are in range 0.8-2m. For smaller, delicate and precise objects i can not guarantee for same level of details, but precision is around 20~30microns.
