Generally, my clients only asks for monthly reports but you may request for an update every 15th of the month too or weekly updates - please don't ask me for daily updates. I am online ALMOST 24/7 (yes, I'm only offline when I'm sleeping, well sometimes I'm still online even asleep it's just I'm asleep) but please DON'T EXPECT ME TO BE ONLINE IN YOUR TIME (which most likely be dawn in my time - I do sleep usually at the middle of the night but please don't assume I'll be available during night time, I sleep too. I AM HUMAN). I also don't go online all the time on skype (not allowed here to have the full and right word) since it eats a lot of the internet speed and internet speed here in the Philippines is slow comparing to your country. And I need faster internet to be able to deliver the quality, so I prefer to get email on getting online on skype rather than being always online on skype. The internet plan I have is up to 2mbps which is already good enough to do my job, and do video chats.I do reply to emails within 24 hours unless there's an internet connection problem, electricity, typhoon/weather problem, or computer problem - but I do notify clients if I am in such condition if I can.
