Shubra El-Kheima Criminal Court, the Seventh Circuit, headed by Counselor Ashraf Fathi Wissa, the president of the court, and the membership of counselors, Mohamed Amer Helmy, Amr Mohamed Abdel-Wahhab Makhluk, and the secretariat of Asim Tayel, decided to postpone the trial. Hearing the case of the killing of a person at the hands of a farmer until the second of next December to issue the verdict.

Counselor Amjad Al-Manoufy, the Public Prosecutor of the South Banha Prosecution, referred the accused, "Ashraf Sayed A. Tent Mission", against the background of the investigations launched by the Public Prosecution in Case No. 22926 for the year 2021 and registered with No. 3124 for the year 2021, to a prosecution in the entire South Banha governorate.

The incident started on 7/22/2021 in the Qanater Charity Center Department in Qalyubia Governorate, where the Chief of Investigations of the Qanater Police Station received a report stating that the body of “Abdel-Fattah Muhammad A. was found soaked in his blood. Immediately a security force moved to the scene of the accident for inspection.”

After legalizing the procedures, it was possible to reach the accused, and it became clear that he had committed the accident and deliberately killed the victim with premeditation, and determined to kill him. He was shot in the head with intent to commit suicide. The injury described in the autopsy report attached to the investigations occurred.

After investigations, the accused was arrested in possession of a firearm, a "pistol" and "quadruple ammunition" that were used on the firearm, the subject of the previous accusation, by assaulting the victim without legal justification and all that was necessary. Legal action was taken against them.
