The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that a delegation from Turkey will pay an official visit to Libya. 

In the statement made by the Ministry, upon the instructions of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun and Presidency Spokesman Ambassador İbrahim Kalın visited Libya. "During the visit, it is envisaged to discuss the political transition process in Libya and elections in this context, to review bilateral relations, including military training cooperation, and to exchange views on regional issues," the statement said.
