I am expert in using documentation tools such as XMetal Author, Robohelp, Altova XML Spy Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Visio. I have created API Guides, SDK Developer Guides, User Guides, Installation Guides, White Papers, Training Materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
