I hold over 10 years’ experience serving in field of financial accounting, project and working capital management, business management, accounting, auditing, due diligence, internal control analysis and improvement, and financial management. I have serviced large companies listed in India and overseas, and to multinational companies in industries ranging but not limited to Pharmaceutical, Electrical wiring solutions, Healthcare, Mutual Funds, Banking, and Finance, Insurers, Media, Equipment Leasing, Hospitality, Education and Special Purpose Financial Vehicles. I have also serviced NGOs and Public Utility schemes of the Government. I have gained experience over years and developed skills in business management, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, product pricing, cost management, financial analysis, leadership and team management and development while servicing assignments in addition to servicing the assurance engagements under International Financial Reporting System (IFRS) and International Standards of Auditing. I have worked closely with clients with complex accounting issues; internal control deficiencies’ remediation and providing value added advice for improving operations, business processes in addition to providing assurance services within agreed timelines and meeting client’s expectations.
