I have over 5 years experience of proofreading, copy editing and correcting academic writing written by native and non-native English speakers. I work as a proofreader for a faculty of science at a Thai university where I proofread and copy edit all manuscripts and papers before submission to academic journals. I have a PhD in biology from a UK university. I have worked as a university lecturer and researcher in the UK and Thailand. I am TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) qualified with an additional grammar certificate. I have worked as a university researcher and ESL (English as a second language ) teacher at university level.
