In addition to my hands-on experience as an educator, I possess a wide variety of experience in the development of instructional materials. Among the many types of products I have created or participated in development are basal texts, teacher editions, and ancillaries in U.S. and world history, geography, and government for grades 1 through post-secondary, as well as state histories. In addition, I have written items for the state social studies assessments of a number of states, as well as developed products to prepare students to take such exams. I am also a published author of biographies of Herbert Hoover and Abraham Lincoln. Among my proudest accomplishments is the development of content outlines for an American History video series for Kentucky Educational Television.
