I have worked for many USA companies as an Accountant. My latest job is as under: Currently I am working for one of the best Law Firm of California as an accountant and bookkeeper since last 2 years. I am currently doing their following tasks:

 1. Their Vendor bill entering into QuickBooks.

 2. Generating their sales invoices and sending them to clients. 

3. Their payroll entries. 

4. Calculating their sales persons commissions and their payments. 

5. Reconciling Banks and credits cards on monthly basis.

 6. Preparing and reviewing of P&L account. 

7. Ascertaining the variance in P&L Account according to firm's budget and fix them. 

8. Reporting the Balance sheet to the management. 

9. Using QuickBooks Software for accounting.
